Shipping & Returns


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice. Please check the reason for return in the appropriate box which can be located at the bottom of the invoice. To process your return and receive an RMA number, please visit our returns page. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

Our In-store policies are not the same policies as the internet store policies listed here.  

You have 14 days upon receipt to set up your RMA for a refund.

You may exchange an item within 15 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Advantis Ride will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Your return must be shipped within 3 days of the RMA being generated.

There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RMA number missing off the box

Sale Items

No refunds are available for sale items

Mystery Boxes

No returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit on Mystery Boxes. Sales Final.


Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping & handling is non -refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not available. If you do see one out there please do not purchase and let Advantis Ride customer service know.

Price Adjustment and Price comparisons Policy. We do not price adjust or off price comparisons.


Shoe Return Policy

We accept returns for shoes that are defective and/or unworn as long as the RA is set up within 15 days of the original purchase. To receive a refund for your shoes, the RA must be set up within 14 days of purchase, anything after will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. Any shoe that has wear on it without a defect can NOT be returned. A refund will not be granted for items which are returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. Please note that Advantis Ride is not responsible for returning the shoes to you in this case. This will be determined by the Advantis Ride staff.

A separate box must be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.

Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

Swimsuit Policy

Advantis Ride does not accept returns on swim trunks.



Billing address must match the shipping address.

We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday, 12-7PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the following business day. In some cases it can take 1-2 business days for your package to ship. We ship via UPS, Ground (3-7 business days), 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air, to the 48 continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delivery guarantees. In the event a package is delivered after a promised delivery date, please contact UPS to request a refund since the delivery date was created by UPS. Shipping labels are created with the information put in by the customer and are not altered or modified. Therefore, we are not responsible for missed delivery dates or undeliverable packages because of wrong addresses.

We ship to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS.

International Orders

International orders will be shipped as Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Please review your shipping rate upon checkout. International delivery can take up to 7-14 business days. Package tracking is not available for international orders. You may be subject to import taxes and duties which are not included in our store price. We are required to list the actual value of the products on the customs form. Your package may be subject to opening and inspection by customs agents.
